Event Waiver

Safety Acknowledgement and Waiver - Terms and Conditions

All participants will adhere to the safety operating procedures whilst participating in the sport.

It is the sweep’s responsibility to ensure the safety operating procedures (SOP) are known and understood by each individual team member.

Participant will continue at their sole risk. No organiser, sponsor, other person, or organisation associated in any way with the sport, will be liable in any way or accept any responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any dragon boat team member during dragon boat racing or in any other way in connection with the participation of that person as a team member.

I have read and understand the terms and conditions set out above.

I hereby:

Accept and agree to be bound by and observe the terms and conditions set out above
Waive any claim or claims I may otherwise have against any one or more of the persons specified in the above in respect of any injury, loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by me during this event.
