Looking for a fresh way to energise your team, boost morale, and have some serious fun? The Auckland Dragon Boat Association offers unforgettable team building experiences that get your crew paddling in time - literally!
We've got two options:
At these sessions, you can bring your work crew to a one-on-one session with our experienced coaches. Our dragon boat sessions are designed to bring out the best in your people, no matter your group size. From 16 to 120 paddlers, your team will work together on land and water, learning timing, rhythm, and just how much teamwork matters when you’re all in the same boat.
These events include:
On-water coaching and safety support
Race heats (with plenty of splashing and laughs)
Perfect for workplace challenges, department bonding, or just a unique reward for your crew.
Please note:
- These sessions depend on weather and tide times.
- Available at weekend, or during the week on a case by case basis
- We’re a community-run organisation made up entirely of volunteers with full-time jobs. We’ll do everything we can to make your event happen, and your flexibility helps us make that possible.
Looking for a competitive edge? The Corporate Splash is our signature evening race event, where business from across Auckland in their teams of 10 go head-to-head in 200m heats across Auckland’s Waitematā Harbour, with the Sky Tower as your finish-line beacon.
