Dragon boat crew members will adhere to the safety operating procedures whilst participating in the sport.
It is the sweep’s and crew manager’s responsibility to ensure the safety operating procedures (SOP) are known and understood by each individual crew member.
Dragon boat crew members will participate at their sole risk. No organiser, sponsor, other person, or organisation associated in any way with the sport, will be liable in any way or accept any responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any dragon boat team member during dragon boat racing or in any other way in connection with the participation of that person as a crew member.
