Sunday 21 March 2027 | Sylvan Park, Lake Pupuke
Two days. Two boat formats. One huge weekend of dragon boat racing!
The Auckland Regional Championships bring crews from across the North Island together at Lake Pupuke for an action-packed weekend of racing, team spirit and some of the fiercest competition on the calendar.
Saturday is all about standard boats, with teams taking on 200m, 500m and 2000m racing, and the opportunity to qualify for the NZ National Championships.
On Sunday, the pace stays high as our small boat crews hit the water for fast and furious 200m racing across multiple age categories.
This registration is for standard boat racing. To enter one or more small boat crews, please register here: 2027 Auckland Regional Dragon Boat Championships – Small Boat Racing

Volunteer call-out
It takes a village — and plenty of brilliant volunteers — to run a regatta of this size!
We need people to help with set-up, race-day operations and keeping everything running smoothly across the weekend. Got friends, whānau or crew members keen to be part of the action?
