We couldn’t run our regattas and events without the support of our volunteers. From helping on land to keeping things running smoothly on the water, there’s a role for everyone. Volunteering is a great way to be part of the dragon boat community, meet new people, and contribute to the success of our events.
The Auckland Regional Championship is our big event, and we need reliable volunteers to come along an support us. We have a range of roles available, with full support, and options to develop and grow into Chief roles, on to the National Championships, and even become an international dragon boating official.
Set Up – Friday 13 March 2026, 10:00am – 4:00pm
Adults Racing day– Saturday 14 March 2026, 6:30am – 5:00pm
Schools Small boat racing morning – Sunday 15 March 2026, 6:30am – 11:30am
Adults small boat racing afternoon – Sunday 15 March 2026, 11:00am – 5:00pm
