Auckland Dragon Boat Association Incorporated Society Annual General Meeting
We are looking for proactive, positive volunteers to help us achieve our long term strategy. You've told us what you want, we need people to help us do it. Roles available are below. Important dates and information

Deadline for lodging General Business: Any general business must be lodged in writing to the Secretary at secretary@adba.co.nz by 10am, Sunday 27 July (28 days before the AGM).
- Distribution of AGM Reports : A detailed agenda, including previous AGM minutes, Treasurer’s Report, the newly proposed ADBA Constitution, all submitted General Business, and Notices of Motion to be considered will be sent out by 8pm, Sunday 10 August (14 days before the AGM).
